You will use your expertise to evaluate and implement strategic frameworks, guide project execution, and create strong relationships with clients while embodying Allata's core values. Your leadership will extend to developing team members, promoting collaboration, and actively managing project profitability in alignment with the company's objectivesRoles and Responsibilities:Lead and manage project teams to deliver high-impact solutions for clientsEvaluate and select frameworks to solve business and technology problems on projectsProvide clear, transparent, and accurate estimates for project-level assignmentsGenerate and adjust plans for projects, ensuring timely completion of assignmentsManage issue and risk identification/resolution processes to mitigate potential project challengesDrive meeting outcomes through effective preparation, execution, and follow-throughDevelop trusted relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project leadershipActively manage project profitability and adherence to Allata's policies and systemsCoach team members to enhance their professional growth and performanceParticipate and lead internal initiatives to support company growth and innovationRequirements:Demonstrated experience in project management and leading cross-functional teamsStrong ability to evaluate, select, and implement technology and business frameworksProficiency in providing accurate project estimates and managing budgetsExperience in risk management and implementing mitigation strategiesExpertise in client relationship management and business networkingPractical experience leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance delivery efficiency, innovation, and business outcomesStrong technical versatility, with the ability to work across multiple programming languages and technology stacks, including Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQLExperience with modern cloud platforms and services, such as AWS or Microsoft Azure, with the ability to support scalable, secure, and cloud-native solutionsSoft Skills / Business Specific Skills:Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teamsHigh levels of empathy and respect, promoting a collaborative team environmentProactive and independent problem-solving skills with a strategic mindsetAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirementsDedication to continuous learning and development for self and othersCommitment to upholding high ethical standards and Allata's core valuesExcellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilitiesAt Allata, we value differences.Allata is an equal opportunity employer.
