(Dental and Vision are also offered)Paid Holidays start IMMEDIATELY!Paid Time Off Accrues Immediately401K Employer MatchSupervise staff and oversee equipment operation, production scheduling, assembly and packaging of product within set standards and specifications from various processes in the molding and extrusion areas.Supervise, lead and coach employees while spending time on the production floor, including performance review, on-boarding, cross-training, and personal development strategies for direct reports.Meet quality objectives by ensuring compliance to quality systems and partner with Quality department as necessary.Drive Innovation and change by communicating on key business initiatives and promoting employee engagement.Responsible for all products manufactured to meet or exceed all quality specifications per process order, quality inspections and all other required documents provided.Supervise various manufacturing and measurement equipment in a safe and orderly manner and notifies Operations Manager when operating problems occur or standards cannot be met.Notifies the facilities department when equipment requires maintenance or repair. Develop and train all staff on the shift making sure standard work and practice is being followed.Create and maintain daily production schedule to meet or exceed all due dates assigned while maintaining or improving efficiencies.Determine training targets, update and maintain versatility matrix.Assist engineering or manufacturing technicians with validation of processes, product and tooling.Complete and participate in 5s audits and 5s maintenance as well as scrap reduction projects.Qualifications High School diploma.4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment as a lead or a supervisor.Understanding of manufacturing work environment and quality standards.Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, ADP Payroll and SAP systemsThe Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
