The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The Administrative Assistant will report directly to the Office Manager and will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.Duties And ResponsibilitiesClient Reception and SupportMaintaining clean, organized, presentable client facing spacesMail management- Receive, sort, distribute, scan, and file all incoming mail and FedEx dailyAdministrative Support- assist with general office tasks such as filing, scanning and data entryMaintain shared calendar for officeOrder Office suppliesProcess mail in recordings to county clerks’ officeAll other duties assigned by managementNote: This job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of the position and is not an exhaustive list of skills, efforts, duties, responsibilities, or working conditions associated with it.
