This organization is recognized for operational excellence, strong customer partnerships, and consistent growth across key U.S. markets.Position SummarySeeking an experienced Senior Account Manager – Dedicated Operations to lead a large-scale, high-profile transportation operation based in Denver. This role carries full P&L responsibility for a $50M+ dedicated fleet operation servicing customers throughout the Rocky Mountain region.This is a strategic leadership position requiring a strong operator who can drive performance, lead teams, and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, asset-based environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all aspects of a $50M+ dedicated transportation operation, including financial performance, service execution, and customer satisfactionLead and develop a high-performing team across operations, safety, maintenance, and driver managementEnsure consistent achievement of KPIs including on-time delivery, cost control, safety, and asset utilizationBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholdersDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, service quality, and profitabilityManage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the operationEnsure compliance with all DOT, safety, and regulatory requirementsQualificationsProven experience managing a large-scale trucking or transportation operation of similar size and complexityStrong background in dedicated fleet operations (preferred)Demonstrated success with full P&L ownership and financial managementExceptional leadership, communication, and team development skillsAbility to operate strategically while executing tactically in a hands-on environmentBachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent industry experience)If this sounds like the next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you.
