Project Managers & Senior Project Managers - Owner's Rep - Advanced Industries, Aerospace, Mission CriticalProject Manager & Senior Project ManagerOur client is seeking high-caliber Project Managers and Senior Project Managers with specialized expertise in clean room laboratories, advanced manufacturing, aerospace and mission-critical facilities. These roles will lead complex capital projects for clients in sectors such as semiconductor, life sciences, data centers, aerospace facilities, pharmaceuticals, and high-tech manufacturing.The successful candidates will serve as the primary client interface and be responsible for delivering projects from concept through commissioning, ensuring alignment with technical requirements, budget, schedule, and operational standards.Project Leadership & DeliveryLead all phases of project lifecycle: feasibility, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeoutManage multi-disciplinary teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and specialty consultantsDevelop and maintain detailed project budgets, schedules, and reporting structuresDrive risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolutionClient EngagementServe as trusted advisor to clients in advanced industries & mission-critical sectorsTranslate technical project requirements (e.g., cleanroom classifications, redundancy, uptime requirements) into actionable plansDeliver executive-level reporting and presentationsTechnical OversightEnsure compliance with industry standards such as ISO cleanroom classifications, cGMP, and mission-critical reliability frameworks (Tier standards, redundancy levels, etc.)Oversee validation, commissioning, and handover processesCoordinate complex MEP systems, including HVAC, process piping, electrical redundancy, and environmental controlsCommercial & Contract ManagementManage procurement strategies and contractor/vendor selectionAdminister contracts, change orders, and cost controlsEnsure financial performance targets are met or exceededOperational ExcellenceImplement project management best practicesPromote safety, quality assurance, and regulatory complianceContribute to business development through client relationships and project delivery excellenceEducation/Experience/Training:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related fieldProven experience in clean room, aerospace, advanced manufacturing, or mission-critical facilitiesStrong knowledge of MEP systems and complex infrastructure environmentsDemonstrated success managing large-scale capital projectsProficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, cost management platforms)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsCompetencies:Strategic thinking and problem-solvingLeadership and team managementTechnical acumen in complex facilitiesFinancial and commercial awarenessClient-centric mindsetAdaptability in fast-paced, high-stakes environmentsWhats on Offer?Base = Up to $165,000Bonus = 15%Full health, medical and dental benefits package
