Industrial Electrician

Qualified candidates must have at least 3+ years of experience as an Industrial Electrician, or 5+ years of residential experience, or a combo of both. Also helps with troubleshooting mechanical PLC and electrical faults, installing/upgrading lighting, installing electrical infrastructure for new projects, assisting maintenance team with preventative maintenance measures (conveyor systems, hydraulic systems, etc). Exp with low voltage and medium voltage systems. Additional travel using company vehicle will be required. Start at Millington Ave. Pay Range: $30-$40.00 per hour based on experience. Job Summary: To plan, coordinate work, and contribute to the efficient running of processing operations by participating in the electrical repair and maintenance of complex plant and equipment and safely providing discretion within his/her level of skills and training. Key Responsibilities: Performs work individually under limited supervision or in a team environment Performs work in accordance with standard operating procedures and from complex instructions and procedures Undertake routine maintenance of relevant plant and equipment following scheduled requirements safely and efficiently. Undertake fault finding to identify the root cause of a mechanical or electrical issue and implement measures to effectively solve this issue in a safe manner.
