You will be responsible overseeing projects from pre-construction through closeout, and ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met every step of the way.IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD LIVE IN COLUMBUS OR WEST OF COLUMBUSResponsibilities:Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects from start to finish.Serve as the main point of contact for subcontractors, and internal teams.Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.Monitor field performance, ensure quality standards, and resolve on-site challenges.Manage subcontractor relationships and oversee project execution to meet deadlines.Conduct regular site visits to ensure safety, compliance, and progress tracking.Desired Attributes:5+ years of experience in construction project management, ideally in the multifamily space.Solid knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.Strong analytical and budgeting skills with a sharp attention to detail.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.Proficiency with construction estimating software and project management tools.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Compensation:The compensation structure for this position will be based on experience and performance and outlined as follows:Base Salary: 50-70k based on experienceHealthcare Stipend / reimbursement: up to $500 a monthMileage Reimbursement monthly based on logging at $0.655 per mile according to IRS.GOV recommendations which accounts for gas, maintenance, insurance, depreciation, wear and tearNegotiable Commissions on opportunities you bring inReady to bring your expertise to a team that values precision, professionalism, and performance?Fill out: https://lnkd.in/g3s-fbxU
