Accounting Manager Assistant We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized *Accounting Assistant* to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will support various accounting functions, multi-task with ease, have a strong attention to detail, be very dependable, possess excellent phone/communication skills and desire to join our Team for a long-term career. Responsibilities Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks accounting software. Invoicing, Vendor payment entry, Vendor payables auditing, mailing weekly Vendor checks and scanning those remittances, Deposit preparation, W-9 entry into our system. Assist with Collections and answering the overflow phone calls, compose a comprehensive email. Skills Familiarity with MS O365, MS Office and Teams Ability to perform data entry accurately using ten key typing skills Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Strong math skills combined with a solid understanding of accounting Effective communication skills for collaboration within the accounting team and across departments This position is ideal for candidates eager to grow their expertise in accounting within a professional setting that values accuracy, integrity, and continuous learning.
