We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to take command of our financial engine. As a core member of the executive leadership team, you will manage massive liquidity, optimize high‑volume revenue streams, and navigate the complex intersection of social media and decentralized finance. This is a role for a "crypto-native" leader who thrives in hyper‑growth environments where speed is a competitive advantage.
Responsibilities
Hyper‑Growth Strategy: Drive financial operations for a high‑revenue platform, focusing on liquidity management, aggressive scaling, and real‑time risk mitigation within volatile digital asset markets
Treasury & Revenue Management: Oversee the management of $800M+ in revenue, ensuring optimal cash positioning, yield strategies, and secure custody across both fiat and digital assets
Ecosystem Integration: Optimize crypto payment processing, exchange integrations, and liquidity routing specific to the Solana network and high‑frequency trading ecosystems
Regulatory & Tax Strategy: Own the strategy for complex global tax obligations and compliance challenges unique to high‑velocity crypto social platforms and token‑based revenue models
Executive Relationship Management: Maintain and leverage high‑level relationships with account managers at global banks, payment processors, and Tier‑1 crypto exchanges
Institutional‑Grade Controls: Transition financial operations from "startup mode" to institutional‑grade governance by implementing robust reporting structures and policies from the ground up
Leadership: Recruit and lead a high‑performing finance team that operates at the same pace as our elite engineering and product squads
Requirements
Senior Leadership: 10+ years in finance, with at least 3+ years in a senior leadership role (CFO, VP Finance, or equivalent) specifically within a high-volume crypto environment (e.g., Exchange, DeFi protocol, or Tier‑1 Trading Firm)
Crypto-Native Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Solana ecosystem, digital asset management, and the transaction lifecycles of high-frequency social/trading platforms
Operational Grit: A proven ability to "grind"—you are as comfortable building a 5-year strategic model as you are performing manual reconciliations to ensure 100% accuracy
Elite Builder Mindset: Experience in hyper-growth tech environments where you can provide financial insights that support split-second executive decisions
Regulatory Mastery: A strong grasp of the evolving global regulatory landscape for tokens, SocialFi, and decentralized revenue models
Negotiation Skills: A master negotiator capable of optimizing terms with financial service providers and vendors to protect the company’s bottom line
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; an MBA or CPA is a significant plus, though we value "elite builder" experience and track record above all
