Customer Service Representative
Beltmann Integrated Logistics is a leading provider of logistics and transportation solutions, delivering dependable service and customized support to customers nationwide. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support daily customer interactions and logistics coordination in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
About the Role
The Customer Service Representative I serves as a primary point of contact for customers, supporting shipment coordination, service inquiries, and routine issue resolution. This role works closely with customers, dispatch, and drivers to ensure accurate service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
Receive, document, and process service requests and shipment updates
Monitor shipments and communicate changes to dispatch and drivers
Maintain accurate customer account profiles and service details
Follow up with customers on shipment status and service completion
Assist with customer questions related to invoicing or services rendered
Escalate service issues to appropriate internal teams as needed
What We’re Looking For
Associate degree preferred, or equivalent experience
6 months to 1 year of customer service, logistics, or administrative experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Logistics or transportation experience is a plus
