The Superintendent will oversee daily construction site operations, manage field personnel, ensure safety compliance, and maintain project schedules. Responsibilities include coordinating with subcontractors, monitoring progress, resolving on-site challenges, and ensuring the highest quality of workmanship. The Superintendent will play a critical role in project execution, maintaining timelines and budgets, and upholding company standards for safety and efficiency.QualificationsStrong project management and organizational skills for overseeing construction activities efficiently.Experience with interpreting and utilizing construction blueprints, plans, and specifications accurately.Proficiency in problem-solving and resolution of on-site challenges, ensuring smooth project progression.Knowledge and enforcement of safety regulations and best practices for a secure work environment.Proven ability to lead and manage diverse on-site personnel and subcontractor teams effectively.Familiarity with construction processes and an understanding of water and wastewater infrastructure projects.Excellent communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and coordinating between project teams.A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or a related field is preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience is a plus.
