This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, highly organized, and eager to learn the financial and operational side of apparel production.The ideal candidate will support both production execution and cost tracking, ensuring accuracy across FOB pricing, freight, duties, and overall landed costs, while also assisting with day-to-day production coordination. This person will play a key role in helping the team operate efficiently, identify discrepancies, and maintain visibility into production costs from development through delivery.This is an incredible opportunity for someone who wants to grow within apparel production, sourcing, and supply chain operations, and make a meaningful impact on the business.ResponsibilitiesTrack and maintain FOB/DDP/LDP costs across production ordersReview and reconcile freight invoices, shipping charges, and logistics costs for accuracyAssist in tracking duties, tariffs, and landed cost calculationsEnsure cost data is updated accurately in internal systemsIdentify and communicate discrepancies in costing or billingTrack and update wholesale and MSRP pricing in internal systemsLiaison between Production, Vendors, Sales Team, and Design TeamAssist with review of production packing lists and shipping documentationSupport management of design and production data in the Company’s ERP (PO entry, SKU creation, HTS code management, etc.)Ensure accuracy of production and cost data across systemsComplete other duties as assignedLocation: Raleigh, NC OfficePosition: Full TimeReports To: Production ManagerSkills/QualificationsBA/BS in related field and/or 1–2 years of relevant experienceCandidate must possess strong numerical aptitude with a high level of attention to detail and proven ability to maintain data accuracyMust possess advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to manage, manipulate, organize, and analyze large data sets efficientlyStrong communication skills with vendors, factories, and internal teamsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentTeam player with a proactive, problem-solving mindsetPreferred:Experience with apparel production, costing, or supply chain processesStrong knowledge of FOB, freight, duties, or tariff calculationsExperience with ERP systems such as Full Circle, Blue Cherry, or similarBenefits & CompensationSalaried position plus bonus opportunities, paid time off, and paid holidaysHealth/Dental/Vision/FSA/Life and Short-Term Disability Insurance benefitsEmployee discountsAside from a fun and unique working environment, Johnnie-O offers a challenging career coupled with a competitive compensation and benefits package.
