As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction by delivering a memorable dining experience. ## Duties - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner - Present menus, make recommendations, and take food and drink orders - Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately - Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the dining experience - Clear tables efficiently and reset them for the next guests - Handle cash transactions and process payments - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders - Make bubble tea ## Skills - Strong guest services skills to provide exceptional hospitality - Basic math skills for order taking and processing payments - Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and culinary terms is a plus - Ability to upsell menu items effectively - Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction - Proficiency in food handling procedures and safety standards - Hospitality mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor - Experience in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Food provided * Paid training Work Location: In person
