Home Technology Sales Associate

Title: Custom Audiovisual Integrator Primary Duty: Client acquisition and management. Works: 40-50 hours a week and is made available for clientele (times may vary) A custom audiovisual integrator is the front line of the company. Often the first company person seen by a client at the beginning of a project and usually the last company person to visit the client at the end of the project. This person plays a vital role in customer service. The custom audiovisual integrator is responsible for the relationship building with clients, generating sales with those clients, and maintaining their happiness throughout the process. This position requires a willingness to market and promote the company by educating the clients on our process and story. This position requires excellent communication skills, integrity, and attention to detail, along with a genuine enthusiasm for the products and services we provide. The ability to manage time properly between all tasks is a critical part of this position’s success. General Overview · Overall understanding of the consumer products we sell, as well as knowledge of the connectivity of those products. · Ability to close complex and detailed high-end audiovisual systems. · Accurately document design requests and client interactions · Ability to understand plans and drawings, and work with other trades to find solutions for our clients · Work unsupervised and independently, using time efficiently as possible · Assist with forecasting future sales and leads · Finding and creating new clients through cold calling, research, relationship building, and any other means of locating and qualifying clients. General Duties · Acquire, manage, and service builders and/or clients, catering to all the needs. · Meet with potential clients on scheduled consults, showroom visits and site walkthroughs. · Designs all custom projects to the specific needs and budgets of the client · Design jobs that meet the financial requirements of the client or company you’re working with · Continuously maintain the happiness of the existing clients for potential referrals and return business · Assist with basic troubleshooting at client requests. First form of remote support. · Manage client expectations throughout the process · Receive client completion signature on all projects · Provide client education upon project completion Weekly Requirements · Document calls, emails, and client interactions in CRM software · Weekly new or existing builder interactions a week · Should follow standard protocol for cold calling and contacting clients · Host meetings at our experience center “showroom” · Kick Off new projects with installation crew · Attend weekly meetings Compensation This position is a base salary plus commission. This will be agreed upon through the employment agreement. Performance & Annual Bonus structure based on sales performance and on individual, team, or company-wide achievements and contributions.
