Prompto 10-Minute Oil Change is looking for team oriented, friendly, motivated team members who are looking to make a start or continue their career in the automotive service industry! Pay & Benefits : $17.00 – $17.50 per hour Full-time Job: 40 hours a week, no nights or Sundays, 8 hour shifts Benefits: Employee Discount Paid Time Off – starts accruing immediately! Bonus Opportunities Health Insurance or Employer Paid Health Benefit Employer Paid Dental Insurance 401(k) + employer match Employer Paid Uniforms Responsibilities: Provide high quality professional service to each customer Clearly and consistently communicate with other team members Perform safe and efficient oil changes on all possible vehicles Check and refill vehicle fluids such as washer fluid and antifreeze Inspect and replace wiper blades and clean customer windshields Inspect and refill tire air pressure upon request Requirements: Show up on time and ready to work Maintain professionalism and Prompto standards of customer service and safety Be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment that is dependent on communication and team work Physical: be able to stand for extended periods of time and/or kneel, reach, climb stairs etc. Culture: Prompto 10-Minute Oil Change is dedicated to giving customers and employees alike a high-quality experience in our stores.
