We are committed to fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment where our employees can thrive and grow.Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and motivated clinic manager with at least 2+ years of supervisory experience in a medical office to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a positive and optimistic outlook, a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and overall be a great leader by example.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing the daily operations of the practice to ensure efficient workflow, maintain high patient satisfaction, and adherence to best practices at both office locations.Oversee billing, collections, and patient service functions effectively.Respond and resolve patient inquiries, concerns, and service issues in a professional and timely manner.Help supervise and support non-clinical staff, including conducting annual performance reviews and fostering a collaborative team environment.Ensure both offices remain clean and organized and fully operational, including any safety and maintenance checks.Manage medical and office supply inventory, oversee ordering, and ensure expenses remain within budget guidelines.Provide support with direct patient care tasks when needed, such as during staffing shortages, employee vacations, sick leave, or periods of high patient volume.Maintain compliance with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and health regulations.Perform other duties as assigned by the Practice Administrator.What We OfferComprehensive Health Benefits (Medical, Dental, and Vision)Health Savings Account (HSA)Flexible Spending Account (FSA)Short & Long Term DisabilityHolidays & Paid Time Off (PTO)Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Retirement Contribution Program - 401(K) MatchRequirementsQualificationsBachelor's degree requiredMinimum of 2+ years of supervisory experience in a medical practice or healthcare settingDemonstrated experience in medical billing processes and managing patient payment collectionsDemonstrated leadership abilities with strong interpersonal and team management skillsExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask and effectively manage operations in a fast-paced clinical environmentStrong work ethic, professionalism, and integrity
