Litigation Paralegal

The Direct Hire Division of Consilio, LLC is working with a highly regarded law firm that is seeking to hire a Litigation Paralegal to join their Phoenix, Arizona office. This position is not with Consilio directly; it is a direct hire, permanent opportunity with the law firm.Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in a fast-paced legal environment. This role will assist with case management, document preparation, and court filings, ensuring all deadlines and procedural requirements are met.The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, solid knowledge of litigation processes, and technical proficiency in legal systems.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist attorneys with all stages of litigation, including case preparation and document managementDraft, format, and proofread legal documents, pleadings, and correspondenceManage case files, calendars, and deadlines to ensure timely filingsPrepare and file documents using Federal ECF (Electronic Case Filing) systemsCoordinate discovery processes, including document collection and productionConduct basic legal research and compile case-related materialsCommunicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel as neededMaintain accurate records and ensure compliance with court rules and proceduresRequired QualificationsExperience:Minimum of 3 years of litigation paralegal experienceSkills:Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Knowledge of Federal ECF filing systemsSkills & CompetenciesStrong organizational and time-management skillsAttention to detail and accuracy in document preparationAbility to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environmentEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWhat We OfferCompetitive salary ranging from $70,000 – $115,000, based on experienceOpportunity to work in a collaborative legal environmentExposure to a variety of litigation matters and professional growth opportunitiesELS Consilio, LLC Direct Hire Division staffs’ positions, for Consilio clients and does not staff for internal corporate positions at Consilio.
