E-Commerce Manager – Fine Jewelry Wholesale
Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced e-commerce manager to lead, scale, and generate growth across our digital business. This role will own the end-to-end e-commerce strategy, with a strong emphasis on merchandising excellence, operational execution, and revenue generation. Jewelry industry experience is strongly preferred.The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with deep experience in merchandising, drop-ship operations, inventory management, and platform optimization across B2B and B2C channels.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and grow the company’s e-commerce business across B2B and B2C channelsOwn online merchandising strategy, assortment planning, and product presentationReview online assortment to identify white space opportunities and drive retail optimizationOversee drop-ship operations, including logistics, inventory flow, quality control, and certificationsManage inventory planning, forecasting, and replenishment to support growth while minimizing riskEnsure operational excellence across fulfillment, shipping, returns, and vendor coordinationPartner closely with the sales team to support digital selling initiatives and key accountsAnalyze performance metrics to drive conversion, AOV, and margin improvementCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teamsRequired Experience & SkillsE-commerce leadership experience (jewelry or luxury retail preferred)Strong e-commerce merchandising expertise with a proven ability to drive revenueHands-on experience with drop-ship models, logistics, inventory, quality, and certification processesDeep knowledge of e-commerce platforms and tools, including: Shopify, CommerceHub, Rithum (or similar order management systems)Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C e-commerce dynamicsAbility to identify assortment gaps and growth opportunities through data and market insightExperience supporting and enabling sales teams through digital tools and assortment strategyHighly organized, analytical, and execution-focused leaderWhy This RoleOpportunity to lead and shape a high-growth e-commerce businessHigh visibility role with direct impact on revenue and strategyCollaborative environment working closely with sales and leadershipAbility to build scalable systems and processes from a strong foundation
