Role Description Shree Radhe Diamonds is seeking a Vice President of Procurement Operations for a full-time, hybrid role based in Portland, OR, with some work-from-home flexibility. The VP of Procurement Operations will lead sourcing strategies, oversee contract negotiations, and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and efficiency. This role involves developing procurement policies, optimizing the supply chain, and identifying opportunities for operational improvements while ensuring alignment with company objectives. Qualifications Proven expertise in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, and Supplier DevelopmentStrong skills in Contract Negotiation and Contract ManagementAbility to develop and execute strategic sourcing initiativesExceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in analytics and data-driven decision-makingExperience in the luxury goods or jewelry industry preferredBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus
