Maintenance Technician

TITLE: Maintenance Technician REPORTS TO: Property Manager SUMMARY Owner's Management Company seeks an individual for either part time or full time with at least 2 years general maintenance experience with plumbing, electrical and minor carpentry. Duties include but are not limited to handling emergency calls in apartments, trash pickup, apartment work orders and prepping suites for occupancy. This person also needs to be a team player and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently. PERFORMANCE STANDARDS Displays strong commitment to company goals and values. Complies with all policies in the Employee Handbook. WORKING CONDITIONS Requires both indoor and outdoor conditions. Weekend hours may be required. Extra hours may be required to accommodate work load to late customer arrivals.
