Keysight's Global Solutions Enablement Team is seeking a talented and motivated Engineering Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing custom solutions for our customers, based on Keysight hardware and software. We like to refer to this as Hardware + Software + People (you!) = Insight. For this position you can reside anywhere in the United States but a metro area with a significant electronics industry is highly preferred. We are seeking an individual with significant industry expertise and an extensive network of professional contacts to augment our strong team of test experts.ResponsibilitiesManaging complex projects to deliver on time and on budget, including responsibility forDefining custom services & solutions quotesUnderstanding and documentation of customer requirementsCreating statements of work (SOW) and internal cover letters to define quotesManaging required approvals from Revenue and LegalScheduling team and customer meetings and project reviewsInterfacing and building relationships with customers and internal teammatesTracking progress against the project plan and scheduleQualificationsExperienceBachelor’s Degree in engineering or computer science and a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in technical project managementExperience in Electronics/High Tech industryProject Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desiredUnderstanding of the TaskRay project management tool is highly desiredExperience with test and measurement products and test automation softwareUnderstanding of test system automation programming, including estimation of scope and development effort.Excellent communication skills.
