Guiding and motivating Team leaders are responsible for leading a group of people toward a shared goal. They provide guidance and support to help team members perform well. Organizing work Team leaders organize work, assign tasks, and set deadlines. They also manage resources and project progress. Communicating Team leaders communicate goals and connect work to context. They also report progress to stakeholders. Coaching Team leaders coach team members to improve their skills and identify areas for improvement. Solving problems Team leaders resolve conflicts and solve problems. Creating a positive environment Team leaders create a collaborative and supportive atmosphere. They also lead by example. Understanding team members Team leaders understand the strengths and weaknesses of their team members. Upholding the vision Team leaders uphold the vision of the group.
