International Sales Reporting Specialist

This role manages product data, reporting, and analytics to ensure accurate item setup, pricing, and sales performance tracking across retailer platforms. It also supports sales and marketing by delivering data-driven insights, coordinating with teams and suppliers, and ensuring effective promotional execution.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintaining Item Data, Providing Reports, and CatalogManage SKU onboarding by loading new items into retailer portals and sourcing accurate UPCs, specifications, and pack sizes to ensure flawless setupMaintain and update promotional pricing forms to support accurate execution of pricing strategiesIdentify and resolve cost discrepancies prior to store-level implementation, preventing pricing errors at the shelfDevelop automated daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports on shipments, inventory, capacity, and complianceEnsure accuracy, consistency, and reconcile data across platformsOptimize Power BI reports and dashboards for speed, scalability, and usabilityPrepare and Maintain Sales Report through PowerBI and Data BaseSupporting Sales in Compiling Reports and Data informationCoordinate with Team and Suppliers to ensure accurate sales DataProviding up to date Data information for Marketing CatalogSales analyticsExtract and analyze POS data from Nielsen and IRI to monitor performance trends, identify growth opportunities, and inform sales strategyGenerate velocity and distribution reports to evaluate product movement and market penetration across key accounts and regionsDevelop data-driven, presentation-ready decks for buyer meetings, delivering clear insights and actionable recommendations to support sales objectivesPromo executionCreate detailed deal sheets outlining promotional offers, product details, and pricing for retailer partnersTrack ad and tab placements across circulars, digital platforms, and retailer marketing channels to ensure accurate promotion visibilityVerify in-store execution by collecting and reviewing photographic evidence from field teams, confirming compliance with promotional guidelines and display standardsRequirements3+ years of experience managing grocery and convenience store accountsProven track record of hitting sales quotas and ACV - building new itemsWorking knowledge of Power BI and Tableau dashboards.
