Maintenance Technician

Job Description DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESConduct routine inspections of facility systems and equipmentIdentify and troubleshoot issues with equipment, systems, and machineryPerform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubrication, and adjusting equipmentPerform repairs on equipment and systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systemsCoordinate with other departments to ensure that maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectivelyMaintain accurate records of maintenance tasks and repairs performedAssist in the development and implementation of preventative maintenance programsRespond promptly to emergency maintenance requestsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and proceduresAdheres to all company and departmental policies and proceduresMaintain Customer and Quality requirementsMaintain a clean and safe working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulationsContributes to the department’s team effort by accomplishing related results as neededInterested in this role You can find all the relevant information in the description below.EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPEREINCEHigh school diploma or GEDTechnical degree or certification in a related field preferredProven experience as a maintenance technician or similar roleKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIESKnowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systemsFamiliarity with hand and power toolsAbility to read and interpret technical manuals and schematicsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at the appropriate level across the organization.Proficient with MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPointBilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese preferredAbility to commit to a flexible schedule and prompt arrival to scheduled shifts. xaygatp Ability to follow verbal instructionsAbility to be cross trained in other departments to help with unexpectedly high demands.Required to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.Required to wear PPE when in the production area
