The firm is open to candidates at the Partner, Counsel, or Senior Associate level who have substantial first-chair trial experience and a proven record of taking cases through verdict.This role is ideal for attorneys who want to focus on high-level litigation and trial work without the requirement of bringing a portable book of business.ResponsibilitiesServe as lead trial counsel in complex civil litigation matters.Develop and execute case strategy through trial and resolution.Handle key depositions, dispositive motions, mediations, and trial proceedings.Conduct witness examinations and deliver opening and closing arguments.Advise clients on litigation strategy, risk assessment, and case resolution.QualificationsActive California Bar membership.8+ years of civil litigation experience.First-chair trial experience through verdict in jury and/or bench trials.Experience independently managing complex litigation matters.Opportunity HighlightsPortable book of business is NOT required (but welcome if you haveone).Flexible remote work arrangement, with in-person attendance required for trials, hearings, and client commitments.Opportunity to join a well-established international platform with significant litigation resources and a strong trial practice.
