Title: Recruiter Duration: 8 Months (Contract to Hire) Location: Onsite from Chicago, IL, 60515 or Jacksonville, FL, 32256 WORK ARRANGEMENT: 5 days onsite Pay Rate: $20-30 on W2 ONLY Team Information:Hiring Manager (HM) has 3 direct reports, plans to expand to 5-6 peopleFunction: Staff Aug for GCCInitiatives/Projects: All GCC related placements Role/Responsibilities:AuditingReportingScheduling interviewsProcessing offersConducting intake calls with managersShortlisting candidatesWorking within VMS system Must-Have Skills (Level 1 - 3 years experience preferred):Client MS Excel,Staff Augmentation experience,Vendor Management experience,VNDLY or Beeline VMS experience. Soft Skills:MultitaskingStrong sense of urgencyStrong customer serviceStrong partnershipCritical thinking Education:Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent training (preferred) Interview Process: One round with the Hiring Manager
