This 12-week experience connects classroom learning with real-world business operations through meaningful projects, mentorship, and professional development opportunities in a collaborative environment.Role SummaryThe Occupational Safety & Health Intern will gain experience in environmental health and safety practices within the transportation industry. The role will focus on supporting certification initiatives, policy updates, and program enhancements to strengthen Coach USA's safety culture.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the organization's ISO 14001 certification processSupport the review and updating of safety policies and proceduresContribute to enhancements in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programsParticipate in safety audits, training updates, or compliance tracking as assignedSkills/QualificationsPursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Transportation, Safety, or related fieldsAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative teamStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsInterest in compliance, safety, and continuous improvementAbility to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholdersCompensation$18.00/hr. - $23.00/hr.Work AuthorizationApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. Coach USA does not provide visa sponsorship for internships.Coach USA is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
