Job SummaryThe Chargeback Gurus (CBG) Demand Generation Manager- Events is responsible for executing a comprehensive tradeshow events strategy that aligns with Chargeback Gurus (CBG) business goals and enhances brand visibility. DGME leads the end-to-end execution of third-party events. This role is responsible for tradeshow planning, marketing and execution, driving lead generation, generating pipeline, and delivering high-quality event experiences that support broader marketing and sales objectives. Works collaboratively with the CMO, across the marketing team and internal stakeholders to execute event communications as well as end of event analysis to determine and track ROI.Duties and ResponsibilitiesOversee the end-to-end and management lifecycle and ecosystem of CBG third-party B2B eventsPartner closely with Sales to drive pre-event marketing/demand and post-event demandResponsible for all event logistics, vendors, and key association event relationshipsDevelops and manages event budget, using data-driven insights to optimize spending and ensure each event achieves its business objectivesDrive onsite booth traffic, brand awareness and articulate CBGs value proposition and suite of solutionsTrack KPIs, measure event ROI, and report resultsAlign events with broader marketing campaigns and business objectivesPlan, manage, and execute third-party events from strategy to post-event analysisExtensive experience in managing process protocols, procedures and project management across the event ecosystemLead full event logistics: budgeting, vendor negotiations, venue sourcing, travel coordination, on-site management and post-event analysisCollaborate with CMO and cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Communications, Operations) to drive event successEngage and enable Sales with pre-event planning and structured post-event follow-up demand generationEnsures consistent branding and messaging follows corporate branding guidelinesManages event/tradeshow staff, volunteers, and contractors to ensure tasks are performed effectively and efficientlySupport webinar(s) planning and executionEnsures events are executed flawlessly, managing onsite logistics and troubleshooting any issues that ariseQualifications3-5 years creating demand and management of B2B third-party events with measurable lead and pipeline contribution; event certification (preferred, but not required)Proven experience in assessing lead generation events to determine sponsorship value and develop compelling business use case documentation4-year degree in related field (preferably Business Administration/Marketing)Ability to manage time and multiple priorities in a fast-changing environmentStrong proficiency in MS Suite, HubSpot (lead management, dashboards, reporting) and strong process/project management proficiencyFlexibility to work evenings and weekends around events; travel rand onsite presence at events is requiredProven experience defining event KPIs and measuring ROIExcellent communication and stakeholder management written and verbal skillsProven experience with event project management tools such as Monday and SharePointExperience with vendor management, vendor onboarding, and managing suppliersStrong negotiation skills with vendors to ensure best ratesFluency in English; strong command of event technology and marketing automation toolsOur OfferCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefitsA dynamic work environment where your ideas are heard, and you have a direct impact on the company's successOpportunities for further education and professional developmentA dedicated and supportive team member focused on achieving success togetherAbout CBG: www.chargebackgurus.comCBG is the leading AI-automated chargeback management platform, helping merchants protect and recover more revenue.
