This role involves gathering requirements, designing and developing dashboards, reports, and data models, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and improve performance.Principal Duties And ResponsibilitiesWork closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear and compelling manner. Provides technical support for existing reports, dashboards, or other tools. Works with staff in other departments to identify business intelligence and operational data needs for the creation of reports, dashboards, and/or other outputs. Collects business intelligence data from available internal data sources, industry reports, public information, and/or purchased sources. Synthesize current and historical business intelligence and trend data to support strategic and operational business requirements. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities RequiredFive to seven years of experience in developing business intelligence and analytics solutions. Proficiency in developing business intelligence and Analytics Solution using Power BI, including DAX and power Query.Expert in SQL, writing complex stored proceduresExperience with warehouse data modeling techniquesCollaborate with data engineers to optimize ETL processes and data pipelines.Familiarity with Azure data stack, Synapse and FabricsDemonstrates excellent interpersonal and formal communication abilities to interact effectively with executives and staff at all levels in the organization. Demonstrate success in meeting deadlines and assigned accountabilities for complex projects.
