Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative based in Tampa, FL. The Sales Representative will focus on building relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions for aggregate sales and transportation services. Daily responsibilities include managing client accounts, negotiating contracts, coordinating logistics, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The representative will also collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and identify opportunities for business growth. Qualifications Sales and Negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and close dealsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster client relationshipsStrong organizational and time management abilities for handling client accounts and meeting deadlinesBasic understanding of transportation logistics and aggregate materials is a plusProficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work on-site in Tampa, FLPrevious experience in a sales role within the construction, recycling, or transportation industries is an advantageBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
