Project Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking experienced BIM/VDC Project Coordinators to join our team. The successful candidates will have a background in working for General Contractors on complex projects, coordinating trades, working with tradespeople, and understanding steel frame construction. The ideal candidate will have a technical aptitude in the upper percentiles in comparison to their peers and have demonstrated experience delivering highly detailed and data-rich models with Autodesk software and 3rd party plug-ins. Experience in prefab or volumetric-modular is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Expertly review and raise design issues as RFIs from A/EOR design drawings (design development, construction documents, specifications) Expertly catalog submittals from contract documents and manage the approval process ensuring submittals are coordinated in the design and multidisciplinary BIM models. Handle BIM models on Autodesk Construction Cloud to perform clash detection, run trade meetings to ensure their buy-in to the construction intent is represented in the models. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field 3+ years of experience as a BIM/VDC Coordinator in the construction industry Expertise in Autodesk software and 3rd party plug-ins Experience in steel frame construction Strong understanding of construction documents and specifications Excellent communication and organizational skills Salary and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $75K to $95K, depending on experience and qualifications.
