Position Summary: As the Jewelry Sales Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our store, ensuring sales and profit goals are met through effective leadership and training in line with our company's standards and procedures. Minimum Requirements: Completion of Information Security Privacy Awareness Quiz with a passing score. Completion of Safety First Quiz or relevant safety curriculum with a passing score. No Code of Conduct written counseling within the past six months. Meets or exceeds expectations on the last performance appraisal. Completion of Minimum Training Requirements training module and quiz with a passing score. 5 Years Luxury Jewelry Sales Experience - 2+ Jewelry Management Strongly Preferred Key Responsibilities: Drive sales and profit goals by maximizing the potential of your team and managing store performance. Maintain a daily focus on achieving company standards and ensuring customer satisfaction. Control markdowns, expenses, and payroll to achieve profit goals. Train and develop team members, conducting training meetings and role-plays as required. Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and assist in achieving high standards. Manage customer flow effectively to ensure exceptional service. Foster a positive work environment, inspiring and motivating the team to achieve store goals. Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, ensuring clear communication and supervision. Prepare work schedules and manage team assignments. Recruit and hire staff through effective interviewing and screening processes. Oversee merchandise presentation, sales floor, office, and inventory functions. Follow company guidelines for displays and promotions, and provide feedback on customer responses. Maintain knowledge of product features and provide expert guidance to team members and customers. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security and credit policies. Conduct regular store meetings to keep the team informed about policies, events, and promotions. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, office, and storage areas. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills and Abilities: Strong planning, organizational, delegation, and follow-up skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Ability to work independently and maintain a professional approach. High level of customer service awareness and floor management skills. Capable of training and conveying detailed information effectively. Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a team-oriented approach. Reliable, dependable, and motivated to achieve goals.
