Job Description Material Handler / Forklift OperatorRollShield LLC- Clearwater FLRollShield LLC is looking for a dependable and hardworking Material Handler / Forklift Operator to join our team.This position is responsible for safely moving, loading, unloading, organizing, and staging materials used for hurricane shutters, windows, doors, screens, sunrooms, and related products. We are looking for someone reliable, organized, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.Responsibilities:Operate a forklift safely and efficientlyLoad and unload trucks, deliveries, and materialsMove materials throughout the warehouse and production areasStage materials for jobs, production, or installation crewsPull, organize, and prepare orders as neededInspect materials for damage or accuracyKeep warehouse and yard areas clean, organized, and safeAssist with inventory control and material trackingFollow company safety procedures at all timesAssist with general warehouse duties as neededQualifications:Forklift experience requiredPrior warehouse, material handling, manufacturing, or construction supply experience preferredAbility to lift, move, and handle materials as neededMust be dependable, punctual, and hardworkingStrong attention to detailAbility to follow instructions and work as part of a teamComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentValid driver’s license preferredIdeal Candidate :The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-minded, organized, and takes pride in doing the job correctly.
