Behavior Analyst

Role Description
This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Behavior Analyst based in Dedham, MA, with flexibility for some remote work. The Behavior Analyst will develop, implement, and supervise behavior plans for individuals receiving support. Daily responsibilities include conducting behavioral assessments, analyzing data, training staff, and providing parent education to improve outcomes and ensure best practices in behavioral interventions. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and ensuring compliance with ethical standards and organizational goals are key components of this role.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Experience in providing Parent Education and supporting family involvement
Knowledge of Psychology and its application to behavior management strategies
Proven ability to create, implement, and monitor effective Behavior Management plans
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or eligibility strongly preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field preferred
