This role requires strong delivery ownership, technical-functional expertise, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder ecosystems.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end implementation of Workday Adaptive PlanningDeliver planning solutions across Financial, Workforce, and CapEx PlanningOwn project scope, timelines, budget, risks, and stakeholder communicationsConfigure and oversee dashboards, reports, forecasts, and what-if scenariosEnsure data accuracy, system performance, and integration reliabilityPartner with Finance, HR, IT, and vendor teams to drive executionLead user training, documentation, governance, and adoptionEstablish delivery best practices and support continuous improvementProvide executive-level reporting, issue tracking, and resolutionRequired QualificationsExperience in Project / Program ManagementHands-on experience with Workday Adaptive PlanningStrong knowledge of FP&A, Workforce Planning, and Capital PlanningProven experience leading onsite enterprise implementationsStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred QualificationsWorkday Adaptive Planning certificationExperience with large-scale or multi-entity deploymentsFinance, Accounting, or Business Systems backgroundWork Environment100% Onsite – 5 Days per WeekHigh-impact role within an enterprise transformation program
