This role combines technical integration development, system administration, functional configuration, reporting, and business process optimization.The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical and functional Workday experience, including integrations, reporting, security, and configuration. This individual will partner closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and enhance the employee experience.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience5+ years of progressive HRIS experience with hands on Workday configuration and integration developmentStrong experience with Workday Studio and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)Experience with XML, XSLT, Web Services, and API integrationsFormal Workday training and/or certificationsExpertise in Workday security, business processes, and reporting toolsExperience developing Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reportsStrong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologiesAdvanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly ExcelExperience analyzing and optimizing business processesExcellent communication, problem solving, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with Boomi integrationsExperience supporting Time Tracking, Scheduling, and Absence Management modulesExperience with process mapping tools such as VisioExposure to enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAFExperience with automated testing tools such as Selenium or JenkinsExperience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) toolsTalent Groups appreciates all applicants; however, only candidates selected for interviews will be contacted.
