Billing Specialist

Job Title: Billing Specialist Pay Range: $70,000-$75,000, depending on experience. Key Responsibilities:Create accurate project invoices using contracts, change orders, and job cost dataPartner with accounting and sales teams to ensure timely, accurate billing and issue resolutionAnalyze costs and margins, troubleshoot discrepancies, and recommend improvementsMonitor unbilled, uncontracted, and storage-related work for completenessMaintain organized billing, contract, and job documentationManage billing data and job numbers within the ERP systemCommunicate complex billing issues clearly to internal stakeholdersSupport team priorities and special projects as neededQualifications:5-10 years of contract or project-based billing experienceManufacturing, production, or project-driven invoicing experienceProven problem-solving and decision-making abilityExcellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environmentProfessional, clear written and verbal communication skillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel and strong overall Microsoft Office skillsTiming is everything.
