A Day in the Life of a Sales and Marketing SpecialistAs our Sales and Marketing Specialist at First Onsite, you'll be the driving force behind local growth across a multi-state region. Working closely with approximately 20 business developers and regional sales and operations teams, you'll own the creation and execution of regional marketing plans that directly impact revenue, sector priorities, and growth goals. You'll identify opportunities, design localized campaigns, and adapt tactics based on market feedback - all while operating with meaningful autonomy. This is a hands-on, creative role where your ideas and execution make a tangible impact every day.You'll also collaborate with our global marketing team, leveraging brand standards, toolkits, and resources to maintain message consistency across markets while tailoring campaigns for your region. Success in this role requires building strong relationships across sales, operations, branch leadership, and cross-functional partners, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution. If you thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and love bringing marketing strategies to life, this role puts you at the center of driving real regional impact.ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Regional Growth: Develop and execute regional marketing initiatives aligned with sales priorities, adjusting tactics based on performance and market feedbackLocalize national campaigns for regional execution while maintaining consistent messagingCreate region-specific materials using Canva, ChatGPT, and Microsoft Office; champion tools that drive creative autonomyManage regional email campaigns, social media channels, branch pages, and digital initiatives including SEO and event promotionMaintain up-to-date marketing and sales collateral and coordinate specialized support from global marketing (PR, paid media, thought leadership)Sales Enablement & Business Development SupportPartner with business developers to craft sales presentations, proposals, and client-facing materialsSupport onboarding of new sales team members with tools, platforms, and resourcesAssist with Salesforce-related campaign tracking, lead capture, and regional reportingEvent & Trade ShowsOwn regional Continuing Education (CE) programs: scheduling, materials, communications, and attendance trackingPlan, coordinate, and execute regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events end-to-endIdentify and recommend regional event opportunities aligned with business prioritiesReporting & InsightsMeasure and report on marketing and event performance, pipeline contribution, and program effectivenessTrack budgets and provide actionable recommendations to improve regional marketing impactCommunity & Brand PresenceRepresent the company at regional community, industry, and business eventsSupport sponsorships, charitable involvement, and partnerships to strengthen brand presence and reputationTravel & CollaborationTravel to events (~10%) and partner with SVP of Sales and regional leaders to align marketing plans with growth goalsExperience & Education3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, sales enablement, communications, event coordination, or a related roleExperience collaborating with cross-functional or geographically distributed teamsBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field - or equivalent practical experienceExperience planning and executing trade shows, events, or continuing education programs, preferredFirst Onsite provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
