We work with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals who expect speed, precision, and access without compromise.This role sits at the center of that experience.The RoleAs a Lifestyle Manager, you will own a portfolio of high-value clients and act as their trusted advisor across travel, lifestyle, and access. You are not reacting to requests you are anticipating needs, shaping experiences, and executing flawlessly across multiple stakeholders.You will operate within a fast-paced, high-performance environment where attention to detail, discretion, and taste are non-negotiable.What You’ll DoOwn and manage relationships with high-net-worth clients, becoming their go-to advisor across travel and lifestyleDesign and deliver bespoke experiences across travel, dining, events, and global accessCoordinate complex, multi-party logistics with internal teams, suppliers, and partnersAnticipate client needs and proactively create opportunities to elevate their experienceOperate with speed and precision under pressure, ensuring seamless execution at all timesResolve issues quickly and discreetly, maintaining absolute client confidenceContribute to client growth, retention, and overall experience qualityWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience in luxury concierge, private client services, or high-end travel advisoryExceptional communication skills and the ability to build trust with demanding, high-value clientsStrong commercial awareness and understanding of the luxury ecosystem (travel, hospitality, lifestyle)Highly organized, detail-obsessed, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyCalm under pressure with a solutions-first mindsetExperience using CRM or operational tools (preferred)Flexible and available outside standard hours when requiredWhy This Role MattersYou are the front line of The Prelude.
