Proactive: Assist residents with ADLs—bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent. Read, write, understand, and communicate in English. Positive and energetic attitude toward residents. Computer skills for printing documents and entering resident information. Physically active: Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop all day. Able to frequently lift or move items up to 50 pounds. Capable of assisting residents with sitting, standing, walking, and post-fall care. Criminal background clear.
