I have become lifelong friends with this team, and I can happily say I love my job and enjoy coming to work.” – Arrow Team Member Position Details Care Partner – Full Time Pay Rate Starting wage: $17–$21 per hour Shift Schedule Week 1: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday; Week 2: Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday – 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Location University Senior Living, 2865 South Main Street, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48103 Responsibilities Advocate of Empathy: Responsible for understanding the importance of empathy, creating human connections with residents during vulnerable moments. Proactive: Assist residents with ADLs—bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent. Read, write, understand, and communicate in English. Positive and energetic attitude toward residents. Computer skills for printing documents and entering resident information. Physically active: Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop all day. Able to frequently lift or move items up to 50 pounds. Capable of assisting residents with sitting, standing, walking, and post-fall care. Criminal background clear.
