About the Role
We are searching for a talented and results-oriented attorney to join our dynamic trial team. In this role, you will play a vital role in all aspects of complex litigation matters, working closely with partners and senior associates. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and a strong track record of success in the following areas:
· Conducting depositions and hearings
· Managing discovery processes
· Working effectively as part of a trial team
· Demonstrated experience with legal research and writing
· Excellent time management and organizational skills
· Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
· Strong work ethic and a commitment to meeting deadlines
Qualifications
· J.D. degree from an accredited law school
· 3-5 years of experience at a law firm or corporation
· State Bar of Texas license (or eligibility to obtain a license)
· Proven ability to take and defend depositions
· Experience with all phases of discovery
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
· Superior interpersonal and communication skills
· Team player with a collaborative spirit
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
