Role Description This full-time remote role involves leading operations and strategic initiatives as a Regional Head at ReklerX. The role will require developing and implementing regional growth strategies, managing cross-functional teams, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Regional Head will also collaborate with leadership to drive business performance, oversee project delivery, and ensure alignment with the company’s mission and goals. Qualifications Proven experience in regional management, operations oversight, and strategic decision-makingStrong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skillsExpertise in business development, client relationship management, and market analysisKnowledge of IT consulting, technology solutions, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and digital transformation strategiesAbility to work remotely, with a focus on achieving goals and delivering exceptional resultsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; an advanced degree is a plusExperience in the technology or consulting industry preferredFlexibility to collaborate across time zones and manage multiple projects effectively
