Join Freedom Behavioral Health as Our Human Resources DirectorFreedom Behavioral Hospital of Monroe is seeking an experienced and driven Human Resources Director to join our leadership team. Our 42-bed acute adult and geriatric psychiatric facility in Monroe, Louisiana is committed to providing high-quality care—and that starts with building and supporting a strong, engaged workforce.About the RoleAs the Human Resources Director, you will serve as a strategic and operational leader, overseeing all HR functions within the facility.
