Business Analyst

About This RoleWe are seeking an experienced Vista Viewpoint Business Analyst to support, administer, and continuously enhance the Vista Viewpoint ERP platform. This role serves as a key point of contact for system support, security, and optimization, ensuring the platform operates efficiently and aligns with business needs. You will partner closely with IT and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions, improve system utilization, and drive ongoing process improvements.What You Will Work OnAdminister and support the Vista ERP system, including configuration, maintenance, and optimizationManage user access, role-based security, and licensing, including provisioning and deprovisioningTroubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve defects in a timely mannerServe as a liaison between IT, accounting, and operations to translate business requirements into system solutionsLead or support system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and post-go-live optimization effortsAnalyze business processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and accuracyProvide end-user support, training, and documentation to drive adoption and effective usageAssist with data migration, validation, and reconciliation during implementations or upgradesContribute to ERP-related initiatives, including integration efforts tied to organizational growthWhat You Will Bring3+ years of experience in ERP analysis, systems support, or a related functionHands-on experience with Vista by Viewpoint (required), including core modules such as HR, PR, JC, JB, SM, and VAStrong understanding of ERP systems, data structures, workflows, and security modelsProven ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues with a structured, analytical approachExperience supporting ERP implementations and continuous improvement initiativesAbility to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholdersWhat You Can ExpectAn inspirational place for you to do your best work, be engaged in meaningful ways, and continually develop the skills, competencies and qualities that set our team apart.Compensation commensurate with your qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market and operational factors.Total Rewards include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Professional Development Program, Paid Time Off and Paid Sick Time (in geographies where legally required).What We DoAt RGP, we're creating a future where businesses produce their best work without constraints.
