For our client, we are seeking a Director, Executive Talent Planning - REMOTE to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will drive meaningful impact across key initiatives and partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders to execute against strategic priorities and scale performance. The position offers the opportunity to influence both strategy and execution in a high-growth environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $165,000 – $185,000 annuallyResponsibilities Build partnerships with executives, HRBPs, and Talent Pipeline Owners to create aligned talent strategies Lead and influence in a matrixed organization for talent initiative adoption at the executive level Assess talent pipelines to identify gaps and risks and support succession planning Collaborate with Talent COEs for enterprise-wide leadership development programs Utilize data and emerging technologies to evaluate pipeline effectiveness and enhance talent mobilityQualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred 10+ years of experience in strategic talent management, focusing on pipeline development and succession planning Strong understanding of talent management principles and analytical skills for complex problem-solving Excellent communication and influencing skills with diverse stakeholders Strategic thinker who can deliver actionable insights and recommendationsBenefits Comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan for eligible employeesOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
