Airline Catering Assembly/Beverage Agent

Sky Café is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Assembly Agents to support daily flight kitchen operations. In this role, you will be responsible for kitting, packing, and assembling equipment and supplies to customer specifications while maintaining strict quality control, food safety standards, and required ready times to support a positive airline customer experience.Position OverviewAssembly Agents kit, pack, and assemble equipment and supplies according to customer and airline specifications. This role is critical to internal quality control, ensuring all items are accurately prepared, safely handled, and delivered to designated staging areas on time.Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesKit and pack a variety of items in accordance with customer specifications and operational requirementsWork efficiently with strong attention to detail and accuracySafely assemble and deliver products to assigned staging areasEnsure daily compliance with quality standards and food safety requirementsMaintain clean, organized, and safe work areasFollow all company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelinesImportant RequirementsAbility to pass a pre-employment drug screen, random drug testing, and a criminal background check, including all TSA and Customs requirementsAbility to perform work using required PPE, including but not limited to protective gloves, freezer/cooler gloves, hot mitts, cut-resistant gloves, aprons, goggles, hearing protection, safety footwear, and any additional required PPEAbility to work in a time-sensitive environment, ensuring all products meet required ready timesRegular and reliable attendance in accordance with company standardsFlexibility to work overnights, weekends, and holidays as required by operational needs
