Lighting Controls Quotations

Job Type: Full-Time Department: Lighting Controls Reports To: Lighting Controls Manager Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Lighting Controls Quotation individual to join our growing team. This role plays a critical part in the design, application, and execution of advanced lighting control systems across commercial, industrial, and manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in electrical systems and control technologies, along with the ability to deliver accurate designs, collaborate across teams, and contribute to successful project outcomes from concept through startup. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop lighting control system solutions based on project drawings, specifications, energy codes, and customer requirements • Prepare accurate and competitive project quotations • Review electrical drawings and coordinate effectively with engineers, contractors, distributors, and internal stakeholders • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to hardware, software, and field wiring • Ensure system designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements • Provide basic technical support and guidance to customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, design, and field teams to ensure seamless project execution Required Qualifications • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a deadline oriented and collaborative environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)  • Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned territory Preferred Qualifications  • Familiarity with lighting control platforms such as Crestron, Leviton, Sensorworx, or similar systems • Knowledge of control protocols including DALI, DMX, Pharos, BACnet, 0–10V dimming, and phase dimming • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring schematics, and technical documentation • Experience with software tools such as Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Visio, or OASIS • Experience with system startup, commissioning, or field troubleshootingWork Environment Primarily office-based with occasional travel to construction sites and existing facilities.  Why Join Us We offer the opportunity to work on technically complex and impactful projects in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
