Marketing Analytics Consultant

The TeamThis position is part of the Distribution Channel Marketing Analytics teams, sitting within the marketing analytics group, which is responsible for marketing measurement and analysis to drive marketing strategy. We seek to do this in a high-caliber team. The team fills a critical role for the organization, and the work you will be doing will directly impact marketing strategy.The Impact:As a Marketing Analytics Consultant, you will be responsible for but not limited to:Measure and analyze marketing campaign performance while driving insights and optimization recommendationsBuild and establish measurement frameworks that translate campaign performance into quantifiable business impactTranslate complex business questions into problems that can be solved through data to drive growth and profitabilityBuild and enhance interactive reports to empower business stakeholdersUtilize industry best practices to visualize data in a way that allows quick and easy insightDeliver concise, clear, and actionable presentations to decision-makersCommunicate data in a storytelling format, engaging your audience and imploring them to actCollaborate with sales & distribution partners on analytics projects to identify growth opportunities and drive activityMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree4+ years of analytics experience1+ year of hands-on experience with SQL (including writing complex queries), R, Alteryx, or similar tools3+ years of experience developing in Tableau or other similar data visualization toolsThe Ideal Qualifications3+ years of financial services experienceFamiliarity and experience with B2B distributionExperience with marketing measurement strategies & ROI calculationsExperienced in web data analytics and measurementFast learner and a strong problem solver; ability to operate in a fast-paced environmentAbility to build and maintain strong working relationships with business stakeholders and across cross-functional work groupsStrong written & oral communication, and collaboration skills that enable clear and concise communication tailored to various audience levelsWhat to Expect as Part of MassMutual and the TeamRegular meetings with the Marketing Analytics and Customer Insights teamFocused one-on-one meetings with your managerNetworking opportunities including access to Asian, Hispanic/Latinx, African American, women, LGBTQIA+, veteran and disability-focused Business Resource GroupsAccess to learning content on Degreed and other informational platformsYour ethics and integrity will be valued by a company with a strong and stable ethical business with industry leading pay and benefits#LI-RS1Salary Range:$102,500-$134,500At MassMutual, we focus on ensuring fair equitable pay, by providing competitive salaries, along with incentive and bonus opportunities for all employees.
