Operational roadmap The operating model doesn't require completing the entire MVP to generate economic value. Activities are structured to quickly activate monetization flows through targeted, progressive contributions, with a contained, impact-focused level of effort. - Phase 1 — Immediate activation of commercial/technological flows (in progress) The commercial infrastructure is already active, supported by a proprietary database that includes every player in the high-value automotive supply chain. This enables immediate execution of operations on real assets, drastically reducing bureaucratic friction and market inefficiencies. The technological components are already integrated into commercial processes, enabling value generation from the earliest stages. - Phase 2 — B2C scaling and B2B asset-conversion activation The B2C rollout is designed to activate license flows and grow the database, with direct effects on strengthening the Sales Community. The subsequent conversion of the B2B database enables transformation of the entire ecosystem into a monetizable asset on a larger scale. - Phase 3 — Industrialization and launch of the full MVP (Release 1) The MVP represents the formalization of the entire multi-channel system integrated across the supply chain. The release enables scalable global operations, with processes already validated and optimized for high-volume execution. The R&D team's contribution translates directly into measurable economic impact and a share of the flows generated. 7. How to apply The application process is structured as a progressive selection funnel, designed to assess precision, execution capability, and alignment with the operating model. Applications are accepted exclusively through our proprietary process, which requires accurately filling in the requested information and uploading a full CV with relevant experience. Each application is evaluated based on the quality of the responses and the level of consistency with the operating system. Non-compliant or incomplete applications are not considered. Selected profiles move to an initial phone-screening phase, aimed at verifying technical skills, operational reasoning ability, and potential contribution to the ecosystem.
