Header: Responsibilities * Coordinate daily activities across multiple construction sites, ensuring alignment with project plans and schedules * Assist in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules using JobTread * Manage and update construction plans, contracts, and related documentation with precision and clarity * Support project managers in cost management efforts * Facilitate communication between subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services * Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and design specifications * Analyze data for project tracking, progress reports, and performance metrics to inform decision-making Header: Experience * Proven experience in construction project coordination or management within the construction industry * Familiarity with construction estimating processes and civil engineering project management software such as Primavera P6 or Prolog * Hands-on construction site experience demonstrating understanding of construction plans and scheduling software * Strong knowledge of contracts, cost control practices, and time management principles in a construction setting * Demonstrated ability to analyze data effectively using Excel for project planning and performance analysis * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines * Prior experience working with construction management software like JobTread Join us as a Construction Coordinator to be at the forefront of innovative building projects!
